At Fortiscorde Gundogs, everything we do is rooted in care, integrity, and a deep respect for the dogs we work with. Awarded a four-star dog breeding licence by our local authority – an acknowledgement of the high standards we uphold in our breeding practices.
Our breeding programme is not commercial in nature. We plan to breed only occasionally, and always with purpose – most often to retain a puppy to continue our Fortiscorde bloodlines. Each litter is raised in a calm, home environment where the wellbeing of the dam and her pups is always our highest priority.
From the earliest days, our puppies receive attentive care, gentle socialisation, and the foundations of a life well-lived. We take great care in matching each puppy with the right home, ensuring that new owners are not only well-prepared but fully supported by us throughout their journey.

New line of Sprockers.
We are delighted to announce that our Sprocker Spaniel Izzy is expecting pups mid-November ’25. She has been mated with our Springer Spaniel Flynn. Flynn and Izzy , they are truly the best of friends and we have been very excited for this pairing. For Izzy, now 6yrs, this will be her last litter, which is sad in some respects. She is an incredible little lady who works so hard during the season – clearly loving her job. Out of season, Izzy can be found demonstrating in training sessions … showing some of the best, how it’s done!
Those who know Izzy and her incredible obedience, focus and drive make her not only the prefect gundog but a wonderful family pet. Flynn is a power-house when it comes to beating and picking up… no cover too thick for this boy. He is bold and confident, yet has such an affectionate nature around the house and has proved himself to be one of our top working dogs last season.
Puppies are due mid-November and will be ready to leave for their new homes mid-January 2026.
