Our new Terms and Conditions have been crafted to provide our clients with specific details on how we operate, and covers specifically the safety of dogs and handlers whilst training with Fortiscorde, social media, data protection and includes details regarding our Cancellation Policy.
We hope you understand the need for us to introduce a Cancellation policy. ‘No shows’ and last minute cancellations impact on our small businesses so we are grateful to those who give us plenty of notice if they are unable to attend training. We know that sometimes life happens and it is not always possible to know in advance.
The more notice we have, the greater our chance of filling cancelled lesson times.
